Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Don't move here...let me list the reasons...

1. Cars getting broken into
2. Maintance isn't doing anything anymore-took 2 weeks to change an outdoor light bulb! Won't address major issues such as leaks or "wildlife" living in the attic spaces.
3. The management blows. Rude and don't seem to care.
4. Rent has goine up $140 in 1 1/2 years

Will be moving out quickly...
