what a dump!!! stay away

This place is a dump you lose your deposit and you belongings! No ac, no door works properly, and no maintenance people are worth the clothes on their back! I have a notebook of workorders of things that went wrong with high oaks! Worse than the projects! Crime is high and the intelligence level of employees are extremely low! Cant believe this place is still in an existance!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT AND LOSE YOUR MONEY!
