used to be such a nice place to live...

I've been at High Oaks for several years now and have seen it begin to slowly decline within the last six months or so...very disappointing. I believe the main reason for the decline came about when the management changed hands...from Lincoln to Northland. Lincoln seemed to have had friendlier staff, allowed some flexibility with rent due dates, had competent and responsive maintenance staff, had routine pest control service, and seemed to take better care of the property overall. I cannot say the same about Northland. So...as a result, I will not be renewing my lease this time around. :(
