You must work at the front office because there is no way that you can write those things and mean it. I have had an eviction notice posted on my door AFTER my check had cleared the bank, with less than an apology from the main office...and yes, my check was turned in on time. I have had my car broken into and spray painted, and my apartment is swarming with outside roaches that the main office refuses to stop from coming in. Since our new management has come in, the grounds have gone to crap...stray animals every where, trash and garbage that sits out all day waiting for maintenence to come pick it up. I have come home for lunch at 1 or 2 and have seen everyone's garbage still sitting out front! Either you are oblivious to what is going on or you are an imposter from the main office posing as a resident. You should be the one to examine yourself...shame on you.

Please are you for real! No I don't work there. Eviction notices are not posted on doors,that is the 1st lie.Ya put notices on front doors for everyone to see... If your car was spray painted seems someone is out to get you... and this is the apartments fault how? Trash maybe you should think about throwing it away your self if you don't like seeing it sitting around. No not an imposter just someone who doesn't understand how you can lie and exaggerate things. Move out if you are so unhappy but quite lieing about things.

I also had the office put an eviction notice on my door after paying the rent on time so it's not a lie. The incompetent office worker couldn't even fill out the form correclty. Slum lords take better care of their properties than this crew.

I don???t know if you are familiar with the definition of ironic, but you putting that someone else was incompetent and then misspelling 'correctly' in your own response???oh, that was rich. Grammar...and others...I'm glad to see that you like to avoid the real issues that are talked about in the post. First off, the eviction letter was posted on the inside of my door..nowhere did I say outside...read my post again if you must. Secondly, letters were sent out to tenants about the break ins of resident's cars...so read your mail...then read my post again. Third...I started to throw my own trash away...as far as the dumpster was because the stray animals were beginning to drag it down the street and rip it open. Finally...I did move out...and I left a month early because I was so disgusted. The next time you want to call someone a liar, you make sure you get your facts straight first.
