I had my vehicle damaged by an attemped break in last month. When filing the police report I was told that they hear of vehicles being broken into every week in this area. I can believe it as I see cars with broken windows in the morning when I walk my dog.

I'm paying for a lighted, covered parking spot that would be a little safer if management would fix the broken light. The area is now dark because of multiple lights being out and they are unwilling to repair them.

I asked the office staff how often the property lighting is checked for needed maintenance. She lied to me saying that they check the lights everyday. If that was true I wouldn't have to submit multiple work orders that they continue to ignore. You would be lucky to find a building on this property that didn't have 1-2 lights out.

IF YOU LIVE HERE YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE BROKEN INTO. It cost me $625 last month. The office doesn't care about your safety or property. If they did they would have done the repairs.

I am also a current resident here who has never had my car broken into. The property is very well lit and on the few occasions that I have reported lights being out they have fixed them right away. If you read your lease it does state that they are not responsible for personal safety. This is a very common thing that is true for almost all apartment complexes that I have ever lived at. If you do not leave things in your car that are visible maybe your car would not get broken into.

IF YOU LIVE ANYWHERE YOUR VEHICLE WILL GET BROKEN INTO!!!! It's called crime. criminals don't go to meetings discussing what apartment complexs are the "hot spots." i lived in a gated apartment complex before, and they hit those places more than a non-gated complex.
