this WAS a great property to live when Lincoln Properties managed it but Northland has ruined it. They are the worse...I know..I use to be in the Property Mgmt business..they are strictly out to make a buck and have no regard for the residents. The Leasing staff is rude, non-responsive, and continues to lease to vagrants just keep there Occupancy up...the grounds and patios are trashy, beat up cars in lot, don't feel safe anymore. And now they have the nerve to increase my Rent by $40!!

There is something that Apartments HAVE to abide by, and that's called "fair housing." it's a law here in Texas. they can't discriminate. I'm an apartment locator, and just reading over some of these, so called, "reviews," is sickening. If you don't want to live in an apartment complex where they inforce their rules on EVERYONE, then go to a C rated property or worse. And rent increase is standard. it's called "Market Rent." and safety is a concern with police. if you don't feel safe, it's because police aren't doing their job. what do you expect the property to do about it? seriously.
