-unit had numerous maintenance flaws and poor repair response
-management staff is not very professional and mishandled multiple questions and situations
-poor environmental record: wasteful watering practices and inconvenient recycling facilities
-unclear parking rules/ poor enforcement
-shoddy construction and evidence of poor property maintenance inside and out

I'm not sure I understand your complaint about the parking. Parking, at least in Phase 2, is plentiful. I am always able to park right in front of my apartment. The only place you can't park is in the covered spaces, unless you pay extra for those spaces. That's pretty standard for most apartment complexes.
