I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. The management here absolutely sucks. If your a day late with your rent it cost you $50.00. Yet if they fail to repair anything, its up to them when it gets done; even though they have a 48-hour repair policy. All they want is you money, they can care a less about you as a tenant. Once you sign along the dotted line you become another victim.

1. My apartment wasn't even made ready when I was scheduled to move in. The back sliding glass doors were filthy. The carpet was still wet and dirt spots where every everywhere. The walls had dirt spots on them as if they hadn't touch them with any paint in god knows when. The kitchen cabinets looked like mildew had gotten to them.
These are just a few of the things that were wrong with my apartment.

2. It took over a month for them to replace the sliding doors. 10-months later my screen sliders still set against the balcony railing, because they hadn't reinstalled them after changing out the n the sliding glass doors. Also the security pins were never redrilled when the sliding galss doors were replaced. So I have to use other means of securing the back slider glass doors.

3. The threatened to tow my vehicle; saying that it was parked in a covered parking space when it was not. Then to top it all off they said that the vehicle that was parked in the covered parking space was yellow. Yet the license plate number they took down belong to a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee; which was parked under a tree next to the covered parking area. Took photos of that major F**K Up!!!

4. It took me over seven phone calls and a week of waiting to get anybody from Northland Investment Group to contact me about different problems I've had to deal with at this complex.

If your smart you keep looking elsewhere..... its not woth the head aches of dealing with the management here or with the management of Northland Investment Group.
