Be warned, these apartments are run by the worst management and maintenance staff I've ever encountered. The managers are rude, unresponsive, and very unprofessional. The maintenance staff will either not fix your problem (if it's not a big deal) or will do the quickest half-assed job they can. Also note that the apartment managers love to submit reviews on sites like this, which is why you see so many dissatisfied customers, then the occasional overly wonderful review. Nobody is in the middle because all of the real reviews are negative and all of the faked ones are overly positive.

Agreed! STAY AWAY! This place was managed by Lincoln Properties when I moved in, and it was a really nice place. Now it is run by somebody called Northland Investment Corporation. The management is inept and rude. The quality of life in the place has plummeted since the management change, and it continues to do so. They charge $50 fines for rent that is less than 24 hours late, as well as for anything else they consider to be the fault of the tennant. To boot, they have very messy accounting and often miscalculate what is due. They have cut their costs in the property by eliminating services. The plumbing is old and beginning to not work properly. The countertops are painted formica which looks awful and stains.
