Infested with Rats and Co--roaches

Horrible experience with the management. The apartment is infested with rats (and co--oaches...holes gnawed two holes in shoes in the closet) and the management said 'Well, you live by the woods, so it's expected'. Not to mention there are 14 other buildings the manager claimed have infestation problems. They then claim that they did everything possible to take care of the situation - yeah, enough to only look good on paper - not enough to prevent multiple dead rats found in the apartment, not to mention a fly problem from the dead rats in the walls/pipes. It took contacting the management at least three times before they would even send a so-called exterminator to the building. There are also neighbors with skunk problems as well as co--roaches. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and quite frankly did not care. The best thing that came out of that situation was to contact legal help and to be able to break the lease. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

-- You never even lived here. Why would you lie about the experience. That is not at all what was said during the meeting with management. We came to an agreement so the lease could end. The problem was taken care of...why would you do this?
