Don't rent here

I've lived here for over 2 years now. The original management was so-so, but rent was cheap. The new Trammel Crowe company sucks. They've raised rent. They refuse to sign for packages. It takes nagging to get them to do any maintenance. There are ants and cockroaches constantly. They ignore simple landscaping requests, such as trimming the trees so they don't scratch the cars. Oh, and rent is due by the 1st not the 7th, like everyone else does it. And they invent ways to extract money, like we will charge you $50 since you didn't set out your fire extinguisher despite no warning. I have too much ---- to move to another apartment, so my next move will be to a house, but it won't be too soon.

as far as i know, we did get warnings for the fire extinguishers, in fact, we got two. and rent being raised, have you seen what the market is around the Arboretum, it's the Arboretum area. if you want to live somewhere cheap, look at the east side. or somewhere inconvenient. i've lived here for almost 6 months and have not had a problem like you've described. i'm tired of all these people on here bagging the office, when they are just doing there job. think what you want from this comment, but you're just complaining like a little child that doesn't get what he/she wants.

So, you think it's horrible, but you're going to stay....sounds like you're just whining to me. Oh, and I've been looking for an apartment in that area, High Oaks is cheep compared to half the other complexes. Also, My complex now makes me pay on the first, I don't know what company let you pay on the 7th, but I would think that as long as you are a decently responsible person paying rent on time wouldn't be an issue.
