A wonderful place to live

I love living at High Oaks in Austin. It sits in the wonderful Arboretum area, with many stores, banks, gas stations etc... close by. The management staff has been more than helpful with all my concerns, and has always taken care of any issues I've had in the 48 hour period that they promised when I moved in. The grounds are kept in great condition and I love being surrounded by all the large trees. The complex offers you two large pools, a 24 hour exercise room, and a high speed computer room for those who don't have computers, but need access.
I would recommend this place to anyone out there looking for affordable living in a great area. Most of the people here are great, although you may find a few who will complain, but those are the people who are never happy about anything. I had one complain to me about having to pay their rent on the 1st of each month. I could not see the problem. When you sign your lease, everything is gone over with you and you agree to it. Why complain later' And, if you can't pay your rent when it is due, don't blame someone else.

You get a life and stop posting on here, since clearly you are management.

These bad comments are clearly personal. And, if you look up the word "personal" in the dictionary it states "something that affects ONE person" Who ever is saying the bad things is not speaking for me. This place is fine with me. Not great all the time, but not bad either.

I've been looking in the area, and I can't argue with anything this person has said. The arboretum area is VERY nice, and looking at that complex, everything this user has said about the amenities is true.
