i've noticed that the only people that come on to these websites are the ones that were probably only children or the child that always got there way. out of all the residents that this property has, only a select few find themselves complaining. if you take any of these peoples alligations into concent, please, find out the whole story. i use to work in this industry that these people in the office work in, and the reason i don't anymore is because of the people on this website. go on to this website, look at all the properties, not one is going to have over 56% satisfaction rating. why is that, because you don't see all the nice people on there. the ones that enjoyed there stay. why is that, because when they get on there, everyone says "oh, you're probably from the office." so what's the point. plus, all those people have better things to do with there lives. people, stop your complaining, read the contract you are getting yourself into, and have patience and understanding. for christ sake, act grown up.

"read the contract you are getting yourself into, and have patience and understanding."
That sounds exactly like something someone FROM THE OFFICE would say. Why don't you jerks just start treating your residents with respect and kindness? If you were smart, you'd take all of this negative feedback and change your policies.

Sorry i'm not an English Major like yourself there buttonbaby. guess i won't be writing the next Harry Potter after all. the point i was making is that people do nothing but bad mouth on this website, and i understand that's what is intended on ApartmentRatings.com, but when someone puts something nice up, it's automatically the office staff. oh, and please check for any grammatical errors and get back to me.

You don't need to be an English major (I'm not, my daughters aren't, my friends aren't....but they can use caps and spell.) to write well. My point is that it is easier and more effective to get your point across if you give respect to your written word. After all, it represents you.
I request that you return to your previous posts and see that you are pretty much doing the very thing you are criticizing. When you make comments are only children being the ones writing, you are making a very grand assumption, one which isn't true. Only children are likely to be assertive people, but not necessarily spoiled. Often only children are actually better at resolving problems since they didn't have siblings to back them up.
People who have had bad experiences will be more likely to respond to others that have had bad responses.
Back to High Oaks, I've had several issues, mostly with the office's poor communication and lack of consistency. However, I've found that if I make hard copies of requests, follow up with a phone call if necessary, and attempt to be as courteous as possible, I get good results.
After all, even lemons make great lemonade and nothing is perfection. But striving for perfection is a good goal.
