I preferred the old management better, but the new office is fine if you work with them. They can seem rigid at first; get to know them individually and present your side of things reasonably and respectfully. Respect breeds respect. I have never had a problem getting a repair and having it done right the first time. My own unit is very quiet, almost silent, except for occasional grounds upkeep around 8am on weekdays, which I expected and have gotten used to. I like the fact that there is no gate on the parking lot, so I can easily have guests over for dinner or a movie. While this complex doesn't stand out in any flashy way, I have almost no complaints, which is very refreshing. I would recommend it to nearly anyone.

Don't be fooled, this is clearly the management staff writing reviews. Of course, you'd have to be an idiot not to see that in which case go ahead and rent from this awful company.

not too sure about that, management would've given it a 5 instead of 4 so that they could get there ratings up
