I have lived at High Oaks Apartments for 4 years. I have had miner issues when it comes to repairs. They have been very accommodating offering to move me to another apartment and give me a brake on the rent. I offered to stay in the same apartment because I really loved my neighbors. The new management for the past year has been on top of it all always trying to make living there a better experience. I have recommended High Oaks to quite a number of people. I chose to move because I have gotten into a relationship..... I think I have made the wrong choice.
High Oaks is a definite. I am more than willing to be a verbal recommendation.

Bravo, old chap. Nice letter about a nice place to live. I too, have resided here for a while, and the people have always been pleasant. I have never required the atention that you received, but it's nice to know taht they are willing to offer it. I say these "nay-sayers" are bitter people and want to pass their hate along. It's nice when an adult will stand up and say "not here". This is a nice place to call home, I have nice neighbors, and I enjoy my evening walks with my dog in the safety of the complex. Who could want more?

I want management that's not rude. Is that too much to ask for? Maybe you and your dog can take over managing the complex and spread your love for all mankind amongst the residents.
