High Oaks Apartments One & Two

Average. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 Manager Response is available.   Pretty much the same as any other apartment complex in the Arboretum. Average. The management staff doesn't really get in the way, so you have free range of the complex. There are always parties at the pool until 2 or 3am. Lots of parking (people leave their boats and trailers in the parking lots) Just like the other apartment complexes in the area- average staff, average apartments, average response. Parties never get broken up by the cops, so that's cool. Not great. Not a cesspool. Just another apartment complex.
