We moved in here to 11028 jollyville road High Oaks apt. from California. We thought that the price/cost was low and the area was nice. We are 8 months into our lease and we want out. We have RATS! mice, and a ton of ants. I've had them " spray" for ants 6 times and still we have ants. Last week they put sticy paper down for the rats and we got two live ones! we had to remove them ourselfs!!! alive and squelling!! We were not toold when we moved in that we would be hit with a coop water bill ( add 60.00 bucks every month to rent ) even if you do not have a washer or use the dishwaher you're on a " co-op" meaning they split the water bill with all renters. THIS is not fair and its total bs for us who take our lanundry to the dry cleaner and never eat at home. If I could do it all over again I would never do this with these people and for the price! the apartment sucks over all... shop around down the street are niceer apartments and up the road...don't do it!!

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your choice of apartments. Our pest control company was notified immediately when you informed our staff of your problem and it has been taken care of. As you are aware we agreed to allow you to transfer apartments. As far as you water bill which is allocated and explained to all of our residents when they move in. The water addendum is also reviewed with everyone and signed by all of our residents.

Hey, I am planning to move into High Oaks. But, your message really frightens me. Would you mind telling me which apartment number yours was? I hope it is not the one I plan to move in. If you do not want to tell the apartment number, would you mind describing its location? I would really appreciate your help.
