i have lived here for over two years. paid rent on time and kept my place looking better than 99% of the apartments in here. recently decided to move and gave proper notice. late by not even a week on my rent and get an eviction notice on my door. whats with that. i never complained the month we went without hot water or of the unsantiary conidtions of the laundry room or garbage area. never and now that i am moving they decided to be ugly. the place is a dump. the fense is falling down and the homeless people sleep on the property. the manager has her daughter living here rent free. i would not recommend this for a single female as the maintance men make passes at you and come to do maintance at unappropiate times. nothing done about that. there is dog pooh on the sidewalk and in other areas that it shouldn't be. but be late only by a week and serve an eviction notice. i am sure the apartment tenants association would like a report on this as well as the section 8 housing athority. this place needs someone to come in and check it out for mold and other helath hazzard conditions.
