Where to begin...Most complaints are ignored. If you choose to live here then any complaint or request for repair should be in the form of a certified letter w/ return receipt. Not that it will make a much of a difference since the maintenance guys are clueless. It took 6 months to get the clogged dryer vent fixed and the first fix was simply to pull the exhaust hose loose and let hot air and moisture blow into the apartment.
It has taken 12 months of a 14 month lease for my name to be put into the gate directory so that I could remotely let guest in. Not that the directory actually works now, goes to someone else's phone number. Since the security gate rarely works for more that 3 days in a row it doesn't really matter.
I currently have a plumbing issue that I have given up on being resolved after many atempts to have it fixed.
My building and others by the look ,and smell during summer, continually have problems with people leaving trash in the hallway. Also there is only token enforcement of the 'pooper scooper' rules, so careful where you step. These issues are apparently not the managements problem, at least the seem to believe.
The manager's response to most complaints commonly involve the fact that the maintenance staff for the most part do not speak English and she doesn't speak Spanish, not that she is in the office enough to talk to them. The staff in general are lazy and incompetent.
There are some exceptions as far as the staff goes: If something breaks ask for Donna, she can and will fix the problem promptly. Also Becky is the only leasing agent that has a clue, if she is still there.
