I would have to say that my experience at this complex was mixed. Initially, we were very impressed with the complex - the floorplan we chose is wonderful and open, the apartment is spacious and I really enjoyed the berber carpeting, high ceilings, crown molding and large kitchens.

That said, I agree with the other reviews that are critical of management and maintenance at this complex. I lived at this complex for over two years and NEVER received the code to open the gates remotely. Not that this mattered because the gates rarely, if ever, work. In the two years I lived there, I never had a visitor, from pizza delivery to close friends, who had any difficulty getting in. With that in mind, it is hardly surprising that there is a high incidence of vandalism and break-ins of resident's cars.

Forget about having a maintenance problem fixed unless you are willing to call numerous times.

Finally, the last six months we lived there, we had neighbors who were not only rowdy, I believe they were dealing drugs out of the apartment and I know for a fact that there were stolen guns in the apartment. They were in and out at all hours of the night and made a tremendous amount of noise. Sometimes the cops showed up and contributed to the noise, bue I have to admit that I was glad they were there. Whenever I went to complain to the management about these people, they basically told me there was nothing I could do and that I had to call apt. security if I wanted anything done. I felt it would be easier to move instead, so I did.

This complex is probably all right for young kids who don't care about noise at night, but I would not recommend it for professionals who are looking for a secure, professional environment. In the price range, there is better service available.
