Overall negative experience

The floorplans at this complex are great. That is about the only nice thing I can think of to say. The walls and floors are extremely thin, so you hear virtually every movement that your neighbor's make. The construction is cheap and falling apart. The wood grain (an actual sticker stuck to the particle board) is pealing off of the cabinets. I actually had one of the track lights just fall to the floor on it's own. They offer a 24 hour business center, but the lock on the door has not worked in the year that I have lived in the complex so you can't get in after the office is closed. The access control gates have worked probably a total of 10 nights in a year. The management staff are not very helpful as a rule. There is a high incidence of car and apartment break ins, which probably has a little more to do with the area than the complex but that's just all the more reason that the access control gates should probably be kept in working order.
I would not recommend this complex to anyone. For the price, you can do a whole lot better.
