THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS NOTORIOUS FOR TELLING YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR TO GET YOU TO SIGN THE LEASE. ONCE THE LEASE IS SIGNED THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU IN ANY ASPECT OF YOUR LIVING EXPERIENCE. THEY SEEM TO TAKE PLEASURE IN MAKING THEIR TENANTS LIVES MISERABLE. FOR EXAMPLE, WHEN I SIGNED MY LEASE, THE LEASING AGENT SAID IT WOULD BE FINE IF I EVER NEEDED TO SUBLET MY APARTMENT AS LONG AS I FOUND A TENANT FOR MY APT. HOWEVER, WHEN I DID NEED TO SUBLET DUE TO A JOB RELATED MOVE, THEY SAID NO AND I HAD TO PAY $4,000 TO GET OUT OF THE LEASE.
