The gate is rarely working, so you don't really need to worry about your remote control that doesn't work.
there's hardly any FREE parking available by your own building. But there are a ton of covered spaces close by you CAN PAY EXTRA for. If you don't want to pay EXTRA to park close by your apartment, you can park FAR AWAY and Risk getting your car broken into like mine.
CARS get broken into All the time in this complex, but they don't hire a security guard or maintain the gates. It's up to us to protect our cars and don't leave anything that would intice someone to break in.
We already lived in a 1 bedroom apartment there and were transferring our lease to a 2 bedroom apartment, but they gave the exact apartment we were told we cold move into away to someone else, delaying our crucial move-in date a month. They gave us the run around because they were already taking our money. They gave us another apartment finally only because the previous tenant had left and moved all of their stuff out and broken their lease without telling them. There were patched up holes in the wall from the previous tenants.
There's one person that works in the office that seems like she knows what she's doing. Everyone else is just sitting at the desk collecting a pay check. Utterly clueless!
