I have lived here for nearly a year and I have to say that I should have chosen a better place. When I moved in a door was missing on a kitchen cabinet. The carpet had some small stains and turned your feet black. There were few chips in the floor tiles. The wood grain stickers on the kitchen cabinets was peeling. The drain in my bathtub was not working. After contacting management numerous times I decided to fix it myself. Also, the toilet is a problem. IF YOU DECIDE TO LIVE HERE BE PREPARED TO FIX THINGS YOURSELF. Also, I don't think they attempt to clean before a new people moves in. My drain was clogged with string from the previous residents. I live on the 3rd floor and can hear people walking up and down the stairs at all hours. Watch where you step if you are walking in the grass. PEOPLE DO NOT PICK UP AFTER THEIR PET. The gate works maybe 4 days out of the week. I never got the gate code from management, but I did get it from a friend who never lived here. MANAGEMENT IS BAD. They are lovely when you are signing, but after that forget about it. There is one nice person working here. Everyone else is rude and acts like you are bothering them. Parking is TERRIBLE. There are hardly any free spots in front of your apartment. Oh and if you do pay for parking be prepared to find someone else in your spot. The last thing I want to mention is the CRIME. There are robberies all the time. My friends car was broken into. They give advice on what to do, but don't hire security. Apparently if you get robbed it is your fault. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
