I have lived here for over a year and I would like to address several of the complaints. Some are true, some are incredibly false.
I love my apartment. The floor plan is great. There have been some maintenance issues, but the management company instituted a 24 hour hotline and ALL MAINTENANCE concerns get taken care of within 24 hours. I think some residents are unaware of the hotline and still try to contact management at the apartment. Well, that's dumb. Nothing gets fixed that way. The hotline has been great and they always show up and fix everything promptly.
There have been security and gate issues, but nothing has ever happened to me or any of my friends or family that has visited me.
For my apartment, I got a great deal on rent. It's spacious. I have had zero problems with the staff. I think people that constantly complain or cause problems probably do, but every concern I've had has been taken care of. Maribel is fantastic; if you ever have an issue, see her.
Like every other apartment, you can hear noise. I have yet to live in one that hasn't. I haven't found this one to be exceptionally better or worse.
