Highlands Hill Country Apartments

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE From: benton@mail.utexas.edu Date posted: 5/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   When we first signed our lease the representative highlighted everything but the 60-day move-out notice. We were told a 90-day notice was posted on our door. We received no such document and when I did see the "copy" they had, probably the original, I was livid. The entire document had been fabricated. We now have to pay two months rent ($1400) for an empty apartment as we already signed another lease. Parking is non-existent unless you pay them monthly for one of the many free covered spots. Watch out for the tow truck that drives around 24/7. Also, both gates have been open for the past 3 months. I guess they just gave up.
