Lived here for 9 months and haven't had much to complain about. This is probably because I live in the area that ends out back without an exit. Because of that, it's pretty peaceful, except for the very loud garbage pickup at 6 in the morning. Never had much of a pest problem since I'm on the 3rd floor. I'd never know I had neighbors if it weren't for seeing them coming in and out.

The gate problem was pretty stupid for a while, however it seems they fixed it recently. Fixed it too good it seems. I couldn't get out the other day despite practically banging my head on the beeper thing.

Really, if you are a quiet person/couple who reads the terms and conditions and don't mind the usual things that go on in apartments (occasional loud neighbors, barking dogs), you'll probably never even have to talk with management. The only time I did was to replace my fitness room key. The floors in my kitchen though are kinda bad, as you can lift up the linoleum (sp'). I figured I'd live with it for the duration of my stay since I didn't want workmen in there for 2 days.

In the past 9 months, I've heard of only 2 car breakins in my area. I've avoided target most likely because my car doesn't really have anything of value in it. Just stock stereo. Parking is like a roller coaster ride. One week there's room everywhere, another you have to park 3 buildings down.

I'm moving out though at the end of January, as this was simpy a transition for me until I bought my house. My wife and I will be sad to leave. These apartments have been pretty good to us these past months.
