just not worth it

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
the apartment i live in is nice and spacious(1 br). parking is terrible and the walls are really thin. the gates are always broken. i'm moving because they are increasing my rent by $60. management was always nice, but for some reason they stopped accepting packages from UPS.
