I have been at this complex since 10/2002. It is a great price for the area, and the area is close to everything. It is quiet (at least in my bldg) and they are always quick with my maintenance requests. The parking is definitely an issue so I ended up paying for an assigned covered (which I now know they don't enforce towing at all so I shouldn't be paying for it). I don't have much dealings with the office staff but the few times I have they are nice and cooperative. There does seem to be a lot of car break-ins for some reason, luckily not to mine. And the gates NEVER work, although that doesn't bother me much. I would recommend to a friend for sure.
