Very loud - Wouldn't recommend

I strongly recommend you think twice before renting here. The walls and ceilings are very thin or poorly constructed. My apartment was next to the stairwell, which echoed with each footstep. I thought I had heavy upstairs neighbors (they were tiny) because I would get woken up every night when they came home from their night job. I had to buy an air purifier (read: white noise maker) just to be able to sleep toward the end of my stay - may be okay for heavy sleepers. Rooms were very dusty, visitors constantly parked in assigned spots, and prior to my moving out, they raised my rent nearly $200.
I agree with other posts: cars constantly getting broken into - not me personally, but one of my visitors, indifferent management, limited parking in certain areas of complex, gates are always broken, really annoying speed bumps, and neighbors are not that friendly.
The apartments do look nice on the interior (questionable exterior paint colors), lots of windows, is convenient to grocery stores and brodie shopping center, and there are two pools and a workout room, mostly younger renters, and even though there is a very high mgmt turnover rate, the management company in place when I rented was very nice. Neutral about current mgmt - not great, not horrible. The apartments were okay enough for me to stay for several years, but they got worse as time went on and I HATE moving or I would have left sooner.
