I'll miss this place...

I love my apartment. It's sunny, roomy, and well maintained. I'm on the smaller side on the complex, so it is very quiet over here. No loud neighbors (never heard ANYONE) and great management. Any maintenance order I had was fixed quickly and politely. The gym is nice, the pool is ALWAYS clean, and the grills are nice and new. Great value for the money.
I'm moving back to Houston, and when I put in my notice I just wrote it and dropped it off. The next week when I picked up a package, the staff guy asked me by name if there was any particular reason for me to leave, and if they could do anything to get me to stay. Of course, moving to Houston, not so much, but he was very polite, as the staff has always been.
Yeah, there are cars broken in to and there is a shortage of parking, but it's the same everywhere else in town. I've lived all over (Far West, Cameron Road, West Campus, Riverside, 360, the "04"), and this is by far my favorite apartment community.
