And completely IGNORE the preview 4 ridiculous "YES" votes. I have no doubt they were left by the new management team, and Not real renters.

Since the previous management team left - who were great from what little dealings I had with them - this place has been on the decline into the overpriced hellhole it is now.

Let's see what the new management team has been up to, shall we'

-Raising rent

-Not fixing inadequate parking - not even issuing stickers to designate who lives here! On weekends I have to walk nearly a quarter mile from the nearest parking spot

-Not fixing the gate - broken for 3 monthes now. Told different stories about how it was being fixed but someone ran into it again. Why do I never see any damage then' Just a non-working gate. Hey, at least they painted it, though!

-Not helpful with controlling noise - Have a lousy neighbor' They will tell you to file a complaint. File a complaint' It somehow "vanishes" from the records. If there is loud noises coming from upstairs(horribly thin ceilings BTW), they will tell you the carpet is being replaced. Not likely.

-Trash is overflowing, facilities always broken, Cars being broken into(my brother's truck was), I could go on and on

STAY AWAY.

Unless Lincoln hires new goons that actually give a crap about renters here or a different company takes over, shop elsewhere unless you like paying alot to live in a place that should be condemned.

You're an ass. I've watched those "goons" run their asses off for ingrate residents like yourself. Having been an owner of a rental property, taking over a community of this size takes time. It takes money. It takes budgets and planning. Let me guess, you're a south austin hippy who's "booming" system in his car is worth more than the car itself. No wonder why the thugs wanted it! You're a jackass! Just move then.

erinanderson222 - You may think the original poster was an ass, but here it is 18 months later and all of the mentioned issues are still occurring except for the gate. I agree, taking over a large property is hard, but 18 months later and it still is a problem. Don't waste your time moving here. Viewing this place in the day is completely different than visiting at night. I cannot wait to move out.
