We moved in November and our lease is up in June and I'm considering renewing, I like it thus far.... walls could be a little thicker... and ceilings, but nothing I'd lose sleep over at night and it could be due to salsa dancers living upstairs (ha)... parking needs to improve... a lot.... BUILD MORE PARKING.... gate was broken for like the first three months we lived here... they said it was because people kept running into it.... I don't believe that for one minute, they said it gets bumped off the tracks easily.... I call BS... that was the only aggravation I've had so far b/c I live right next to the gates and I have a dog and she would bolt if something happened right out that gate.. anyway, they finally fixed it... and it's been working for like a month, I guess people finally complained enough, I know I sure did. Overall, cute and I love the hardwood floors in my apartment, so that's a plus :). We'll see how I review in June ;). oh yeah, and the washer/dryer, you always have connections as far as I'm aware, you pay the apartment to put washer/dryer in your apartment and rent from them, It's like 30 bucks a month or something.... I love it...
