I've lived here for 2 years in 2 different complexes. Yes, you can hear people sometimes but it was never loud enough for me to complain or for it to even bother me. HELLO! It is an apartment! I currently live on the 3rd floor and have never heard a peep - when I lived on the 1st floor it was a bit louder. As far as cleanliness goes, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this apartment. The staff is super friendly and quick to respond to requests (haven't had many of those) and I don't feel disgusting while showering or stepping foot into the bathroom like I do in some apartments. It has a real "home" feel for me here. I of course would recommend this apartment! However, my one complaint - parking is complete and utter hell!! It's horrible to park here.
