Sure the kitchens are awesome and there are garden tubs, BUT by 7 pm, good luck finding a parking spot near your place. And the wall are so thin I know every step my neighbor takes and feel like I am a part of his sex life even though we have never met. The staff does not have it together. We get about 12 hour notice about things like blacktopping the parking lot. Good thing I didn't have a day off and actually found the note or my car would have been towed! I cannot wait to move out of here and maybe get a decent nights sleep. 4 more months until the lease is up....

Regarding the parking spot, have you ever had a dedicated parking spot just because you were renting an apartment? Do you know that you can pay for covered parking? Did you know that the the tow company was just moving vehicles out of the way from the locations that were being paved? Have you written a letter telling your loud neighbor to please try keeping it down a little bit? If your neighbor thinks like you do, he will probably blame the apartment for his loudness during sex. You really should consider talking to the people who are doing something that bothers you. After all, isn't that how problems are resolved? I've lived in these apartments for nearly a year and have to admit that I can get loud at times, but if my neighbor mentioned it to me, I would probably stop being so loud. This is a fantastic complex where you can talk directly to the maintenance people and management staff. Solve your own problems like an adult and work with people to make things better.
