I'm pretty much a homebody although I do have friends over a few times a month and I go out at least one evening a week, so I prefer an apartment that's livable, quiet, and inexpensive relative to size and location.

I've been at Cypress Hill since mid-1997 and have been consistently pleased with the service, rates, and condition of the property and my unit. My only complaint (which I acknowledge is not really in the leasing office's control) is that there seem to be a growing number of rambunctious and sometimes loud young kids (aged 7 to 11 or so) who run around and play on evenings and weekends. However, the few times that this has gotten out of hand, I've spoken to the leasing office and they've communicated with the appropriate parents to get things under control. In summary, Cypress Hill is not too fancy but hardly a below-average residence.
