My apartment was small. I could sit on my couch, then stand up and reach across the room and turn on the tv without taking two steps. The AC went out twice, and maintenance took forever to come fix it. The walls are thin. I could hear my next door neighbor sneeze. The office staff was okay, not great or terrible. Generally nice people. The tenants that were there, when I lived there were okay. Some families, some single. Kids were loud. Very small room for driving or parking, made it difficult sometimes. My clothes were stolen out of the dryer one time. I would probably not stay there again.
