I have lived at Hillcrest Oaks a little over two years and have had I believe 5 manangement companies in that time. It was fine when I moved in, but the service has noticably decreased. I can get over the old falling apart cabinetry, and even the shoddy tilework done when half of my shower wall fell over, but the absolute worst is that my apartment is swarming with roaches. I'm talking roach excrement everywhere. I rarely have people over as a result. The management has made weak attempts to spray, but the poison does nothing to mitigate the damage of millions living in the walls. If I were not in the process of trying to purchase a place, I would have bolted a long time ago and am currently counting the days. Also, they advertise grills, but there arent any, and the pool is small and sometimes closed. And my car has been vandalized, a friend got gas siphoned from hers and a neighbor's was stolen recently.
