The management blows..... they just want to SELL apartments anyway they can. The day we were supposed to move the refrigerator was broke and management said it would come the next day...2 days later it wasn't even ordered yet. Next on the list is they cannot control the other tenets, supposedly there are fines for not picking up dog ----, but over and over there is dog ---- everywhere...it smells like dog ---- when we walk outside right now.... even with telling the manager who it is it still happens. Next, is the noise the walls are so thin that we can hear everyones music no matter how loud. Next, there are so many people living in such apartments (6 in a 2 bed) that they have to wash clothes a week long, thus breaking the washers every other week. Next, there are supposed to be parking stickers and parking enforcement, but 1/4 of the cars don't have because they don't have insurance and another 1/4 are broken down, i.e. flat tires. Next, there is an infestation of roaches, with the exterminator coming every friday, even with him they don't go away. Next, there are a lot of car vandalizations and break-ins. Don't live here go somewhere else.......

right on. the evil office lady tried to tell me my apt was the ONLY one with roach problems so it must me my fault. Bunch of BS, that place.
