WE have been living there 7 months and I would say it is not that bad but could be better. We have not had any problems with our appliances, except that the stove is a pretty old model, but so is the complex. Our window broke with the first 2 months, but it was fixed in a couple hours. There are roaches in the summer time, though they constantly spray, that is the main reason I don't like this place. I have never worried about being mugged though (reference to other comment), we go for walks at night and never have any problems. However, in the parking lot was the first time my car has ever been broken into, but I talked to the management and the next week they had security watching the parking lot. The management also helped us out when we had trouble with our neighbor. We have been able to talk to the maintenance people and they were very helpful as well. I have wondered if there is lead in the paint on the walls, but I have no proof of that (another reference). One thing that does annoy me is that they water the front lawns and make the gardens perfect so people driving buy think it is beautiful, but the rest of the lawns and landscaping they practically ignore. Overall, it isn't wonderful, but I know it could absolutely be worse.
