Very expensive shotty apartments. They are ghetto fab & for the $ you could get real wood floors. The management does not return calls & breaking your lease for any reason will cost upwards of $6000 up front. They do not abide by their rules unless you call them on the rules & do not live up to the promises they make. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING & KEEP ALL OF YOUR PAPERS & READ THEM THOROUGHLY OR THEY WILL BREAK YOU. If you have the money to break your lease you should get a better place.

If you paid 6k to break your lease, you hosed yourself. Apartments won't chase you with credit threats like credit cards, home mortgages etc.
