we've been residents just a lil over a month and I already feel confident writing my review for this community. I must say the staff is outstanding!!! We dealt with Aracely upon moving in and it was nice to know even though she wasn't available all the time, the rest of the management was familiar with us and any paperwork we had unfinished with Aracely. It's nice to know they communicate about the residents so everyone is on the same page. It's away from all the hustle and bustle of the city but still very close to many restuarants and stores. The property is always being manicured, it's very clean, and the maintenance staff is OUTSTANDING. We had very minor issues that needed to be addressed such as a light bulb out, slight leak on sink and they were very prompt addressing the issue the same day if not the next. That alone pleases me since, if you've lived in apt complexes in the past, filling a maintenance request can take days! They allow you to pay rent online and it is VERY easy, you can place maintenance requests online, post want ads, sell items, the list goes on! Amazing, simple, fast services online! Their business center is open 24/7 with not one or two, but 5 computers with fax, copy, and print capability! It is always clean and we have yet to go and there not be a computer available. The parking is great. We've never come home and not had a parking spot. We live on the first floor and there is minimal noise from the tenant above. The apartments are spacious and since they were built in 2005, they are very energy efficient. I could go on! I truly am VERY happy with our choice to be residents of Hudson Miramont. I hope my review will help you find the right community that truly puts their residents first! We've only been here a month and they know me by my first name. Now that's what I call outstanding management!!

This review was from before the management change. I was a resident for 3 years and I must say the reviews are pretty much all accurate at the time the were posted. I would recommend reading a more current review. It is so sad that things have gone downhill so far so fast.
