The location is nice just wish there was more within walking distance.
I have many compliments when people visit,nice views.
The bad is people coming home odd hours and leaving the car stereo on too loud,that ghetto behaviour or talking in the parking lot at 3 am,loud motorcycle.
Ear plugs help.
Parking near my bldg. sucks,get home too late and park 200 yards away.
Would say a 90 out of 100.
