I read some of these other reviews and have to agree with parking. I did get a carport and it was a wise decision. It's not so much that there isn't enough open parking, you just have a few jerks that like to hug the line because they don't want their precious truck or car scratched or dented. If everyone would be courteous, this wouldn't be an issue.

This is a really quiet community. I don't hear city life, highways, neighbors humping through the wall. I do hear front doors slam shut all the time. That is annoying, but I've heard it at every other community too. I figured newer communities wouldn't have doors that slam shut behind someone.

I don't really notice the landscaping. I wish people would pick up after their dogs though. I see a lot of responsible owners, but I also see poop. A lot of flowers around the area and I heard the mowers yesterday. Some one stated they don't mow. I disagree. They mow what seems like every few weeks.

My truck was broken into back in November and my suitcase was stolen. I'd still say the place is pretty safe though. This happens no matter where you live. I'd recommend not keeping anything in your vehicle in plain site. I got mad at the office, until I realized I had myself to blame. A courtesy officer would be nice, but he'd probably die of boredom. Not enough crime in this area to constitute having one.

Overall, I appreciate the entire staff, including maintenance. I don't have a lot of work requests, but when I do they get to it right away. John in the office has been there forever and is always a great help. Mindy has been in the office for a few months now too and she always has a smile on her face. I wish they'd bake more of those cookies though.
