Reletting Fee!!!!

This is a nice quiet a[ppartment complex with alot of extras. A bit pricey. There may be better deals localy. The reletting fees to get out of an apartment are outrageous! You have to pay 85% of one months rent plus you are responisible for any of the months remaining on your lease until they get the aparment rerented. If you want to go month to month you have to pay an additional 50 dollars. Ug!. Shop arround.
