A Decent Place To Live

I lived at Hunt Club for over a year. My thoughts - both pro and con:
Pro:
The staff is usually friendly and helpful.
The grounds are generally kept up well.
The prices are reasonable, and will certainly be capped at a decent level with new complexes next door.
Easy access to 1325 and I-35.
The 670 s.f. 1 bedroom has good closets, and nice-sized living area for one person.
Utility prices are reasonable.
Located in a decent residential neighborhood with parks and walking trails.
Cons:
Location is a bit far from most places in town. If driving south in the morning, be prepared to wait on 1325 or I-35.
Kitchen and bathroom somewhat short on storage.
Apartment neighbors, can be loud & sometimes heard through the walls.
Things to be expected anywhere, I guess:
Rent increased each year, though not dramatically.
Fire ants in the grass & can sometimes follow you inside (but hey, we are in Texas, aren't we')
Overall, the Hunt Club isn't a fancy luxury apartment, but it is sufficient for a first apartment.
