I am quite possitive that most of the "good" reviews, or replies are made by the apt. staff or affiliates.

I honestly have no idea how this complex landed in such a nice part of town. Every place around us is either really nice gated complexes, or nice neighborhoods. I was in such a hurry to move in somewhere and took the 1st place I visited, the Hunt club.

The appliances inside are ancient, the AC in my apt leaks into my bathtub and leaves rust everywhere. There's a huge gap between the door and the door frame, you can almost squeeze a magazine in there. Can't open your windows, all the screens are torn. Yes, all of them. Parking is horrible. I asked for a garage and was given one that was filthy, full of trash from previous occupant. Over-charged for 3 months in a row. No one will call you back in the office regarding a complaint or request. As you can see, I have nothing good to say, and trust me, I would if there was anything.

This may be due to lower rent price and being a non-gated community, but the nicest car in this complex is probably a 92 model. I've had neighboors knock on my door DRUNK, at 3am, asking me for a cigarette. I can't wait to move, unfortunetaly for me I cant afford to pay the re-letting fee.

PS.. the reason I got my garage was because my car was broken into and some stuf was stolen. Happened to at least 5 others that I know of.

I moved in in June 2002 and had a 2002 model car. I still live at Hunt Club and have a 2004 model car. Also, 4 of my neighbors have brand new cars. And, no I don't work here.

This is such a silly complaint. All this person had to do was tell the management to change out to new ones. When I was staying at Hunt Club, I had a broken screen door, and the management changed it to a new one for me.
