Can't complain

Hunt Club isn't the prettiest place in the world compaired to the huge luxury apartments they are building now. However, you get what you pay for. Yes, a percentage of Hunt Club is for low income families - not criminals like some of these reviews seem to suggest. Some of the people here do walk their dogs in their boxers - but for the cheap specials they have at 'nice' places, your going to find that anywhere. Besides, who wants to get dressed to take the dog out' They were built in the 80s so everything doesn't sparkle. The grounds are usually well kept; maintenence arrives in a timely manner, and the staff has done their job. We have lived here for two years. Our last apartment was a gated community on Parmer that we paid nearly 250 more /month. Both of our car were broken into there, and police men came by several times knocking on our door because apperently a cocaine dealer had lived there before us. Basically, don't judge a book by its cover. Hunt club is cheap; it's got beautiful grown trees, w/d in the units, spacious floor plans, and is right next to the wells branch park/lake area. I would suggest it to anyone just starting out or ones like me that have huge college loans to catch up on. Happy apt shopping
