Some people are a little too whiny

I have been living in apartments all of my life, since I was a child growing up in ghettos you couldnt imagine. Maybe that has hardened me a little...I dont know. I do know that the Hunt Club is defintely not as bad as people say. Everyone has a dog here, so of course you are going to find dog crap on the grass. That is the tenant's responsibility to pick up after their dog, but people are lazy and they dont care. The groundspeople are only here once a week (they gotta have lives too!). The people who live here mess this place up, then complain about it! The guy who lives near me smokes outside all night on his cell phone and throws about 20 butts on the lawn A NIGHT!! Right into an area where kids play after school. Yes...people are aggravating; but that will be true whether you live here... or in your own home. Most of the people who have problems here are the ones complaining that this isnt a resort. NO SH#$! They complain, yet they should know that you get what you pay for!!(and rent is advertized as cheap!) I personally chose to live here to save money because low rent here is helping me build my savings. I have a pretty good paying job out in town but I am living here to save up the money on a downpayment for a house. I would recommend living here if you arent too picky... If you are willing to hear children play outside your window (which happens everywhere, not just here)... If you werent born with a silver spoon up your butt... If you dont mind neighbors that might have noisy kids, but wont ever bother you... If you dont mind there being college students and hard working people with kids that live near you... If you dont mind seeing bugs in your house on occasion (go to Home Depot, its called "CAULK" people, seal the bugs out, dont be lazy)... If you dont mind having rent due on the 1st, but having till the 3rd to pay it. It is a gamble where ever you go people! You havent seen a bad apartment if you think that these are bad. Try living in the Bronx, or North Philadelphia, or East L.A. (my mother made alot of bad moving choices while I grew up). This is nice for the money you are paying. It is no resort, or condo, or 5 star hotel...but you could build a little home here. And if you are lucky, you'll save up enough money to leave. Then go through the same process over again...only in a prettier, more stuck up, and more expensive apartment complex.
