Review as of 08/2006: I moved to the Hunt Club sight unseen when I relocated from Boston to Austin. I am not one who really cares how new an apartment complex is and was very surprised at how well it was maintained despite its age.

I have only ever had 2 problems and they were solved within 24 hours of my making a call to the maintenance staff. I have never had an issue with any of my neighbors, never felt my safety was in danger. I have had nothing but good experices with the Hunt Club.

My only real disappointment was the gym, I wish they had more equipement and that the pools were more then 4 feet deep but those issues are easily solved by going someplace else.

I have never renewed a lease before, Hunt Club was the first. I highly recommend this apartment complex for laid back living.

Review as of 04/2009: I have to revise my original assessment here. Since coming back to Hunt Club, it has been nothing but issues. I tried to be understanding with all of the changes and even met with the community manager to try and get most of my issues resolved. She promised the moon basically, talking about how she had fired most of the remaining staff and was bringing in all new staffers that she had worked with in Florida.

I was actually excited for Hunt Club again. But almost immediately, the issues kept popping up and the same attitude that had turned me off rose up to the top again. It was disheartening really and now that they have taken away the ability to pay online, I simply can't deal with the ineptitude any longer. I wrote a 2 page notice to vacate and turned it in with my rent check.

This used to be a great place. Too bad it's nothing like it used to be. Seriously, look elsewhere. I can't wait to get out of this place.
